Refund policy

At sixteenth, we strive to be as accommodating as possible. We offer customer support 7 days a week to ensure our customers are knowledgeable about our products before completing their purchase. With that, we have a set return policy to instill fairness to all of our valued customers. Please review the following terms before finalizing your order.

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning customers have 14 days after delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and/or labels.

To start a return, send us an email at contactsixteenthco@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Product Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned and are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bodysuits or gift cards. Other final sale items will also be tagged on the product page as well.

Exchanges

Please email contactsixteenthco@gmail.com requesting an exchange. Once your request is accepted, please return your current item (address will be provided in the email) and we will ship your new item once the return item(s) have been received. Please note we do not offer exchanges on final sale items. See above for more info on final sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Kindly note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us.
